We believe Christ is the Light of the world; the Bible is our sole authority; and we are given a holy purpose and an eternal hope. With the firm conviction that we are all called to follow and serve Christ, we respect, uphold, and teach each other.

We have grown from a congregation of ten members in 1828 to our current congregation of 1100 members! Our cornerstone reads: "The Vision Continues." Our ongoing vision has been to find new was to reach the children of God with the good news of God's love and grace through Jesus Christ. Our current vision includes the implementation of a second, more contemporary, worship service called the New Vision Worship Service, as well as the creation of an expanded Outreach Ministry to reach even more of God's people in need. Our light shines because we have found love, acceptance, meaning, and purpose through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
